Astra H 2006 1.6 wagon twinport ja ongelma. Moottori on alkanut sammuileen kesken ajon, mittarit nollaantuu, ajotietokone näyttää F ja kun saan uudelleen käyntiin niin usein päästönhallinta valo jää palamaan. Kaasu/jarru painallus virrankytkemisen yhteydessä antaa seuraavat virhekoodit:

Osaisiko joku auttaa mistä voisi olla kysymys?

Ensimmäiseksi tarkista, että akunkengät ovat kunnolla kiinni, samoin kuin maakaapeli rungossa ja että moottorin maadoitus on myös kunnolla kiinni.

Hyviä vinkkejä. Itseasiassa akunkengät tarkistin ja kiristin eilen, mutta pian sen jälkeen sammui taas. Täytyy katso tuo maakaapeli. Mistäs tuon moottorin maadoituksen löytää?

Moottorissa pitäis olla maadoitus jossain starttimoottorin lähellä , jos kone on Z16XEP ja rungossa kuskinpuoleisen lokasiiven tukirakenteen päällä moottoritilassa.

Lisäksi löytyy tuollainen syy sammumiseen, mutta noita vikakoodeja ei mainita :

Field Remedy: 1925
Subject: Engine Z16XEP - Engine sporadically stalls with depressed clutch pedal during coasting
Models: Engines: Option:
Astra-H 2004...2006 Z16XEP
Complaint: Engine sporadically stalls with depressed clutch pedal during coasting.
Cause: Because of a software weakness the throttle blade will be closed completely (ECU lost adaptation values) during long trailing- throttle phase. This causes insufficient air quantity and results into mentioned concern.
Production: New software will be introduced as of MY 2006.

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint reflash the ECU with improved Software (12230740.12) which is available as of TIS 2000-CD 63.

Note: After reprogramming the TC P1602 (4D) could be present.
Therefore after reflashing please reset the ECU.

Virhetilanteen ollessa päällä ajovalot kuitenkin palaa ja mittaristossakin on valot. Sulkeeko se pois akkuun liittyvät ongelmat?

Voiko noita muistissa olevia virhekoodia nollata ilman jotain laitetta? Pääsisi vähän jyvälle että mitkä ovat tällä hetkellä ne todelliset virhekoodit.

Täysin ei sulje pois akkuun liittyviä ongelmia vaikka mittariston valot ja ajovalot palavat.
Vikakoodit yleensä poistuvat yli 25 onnistuneen(viattoman) käynnistyksen jälkeen, mutta todennäköisesti olis viisainta käydä nollauttamassa ne testerillä... ei välttämättä merkkiliikkeessä.
Ihan hyvä ajatus tuo saada selville ne todelliset vikakoodit.

Ihan omakohtaista kokemusta omasta menneestä ongelmasta: Ostin tuon oman värkin (-05 1,6 astra) vuosi sitten ja piakkoin alkoi polttamaan sitä kivaa keltaista valoa mittaristossa. Ajossa ei huomannut mitään erityista, ei sammuillut, nykinyt tms, valo vain syttyi. Suunnilleen 4 kk aikana liike vaihtoi puolasetin, lambdan, teki forte pesu, pistivät softan uusiksi sekä nollailivat koodeja kai kymmenkunta kertaa. Kaikki tuo auttoi päiväksi tai pariksi, kunnes BlING, valo palasi. Häiriökoodeissa oli sytyskatkoksia yms. Olivat hieman ihmeissään.

Kyselin sitten itsekin auton vanhasta huoltopaikasta mitäs on historiassa (kuulemma salaista, ei voi tulostaa mutta kertoi kuitenkin) niin edellisen omistajan aikana oli sammunut kesken ajon ja silloin oli vaihdettu puolasetti joka oli korjannut vian. Nythän tuonne oli minunkin aikana vaihdettu jo kertaalleen se kasetti joten olivat liikkeessä (merkkihuolto) pikkasen ihmeissä mikä mättää. Mitään käyntihäikkää ei ollut koko aikana, kävi nätisti ja niinpänpois, se valo vain loisti kuin tähti. Maahantuojalta sitten saivat infoa että jos putsaisi imusarjan ja läpät...

Tekivät putsauksen ja ei ole valoa näkynyt. Kertyykö tuota karstaa sinne sitten liian taloudellisen ajon seurauksena vai mikä mutta itse olen nyt kierrättänyt reilusti kun kiihdytän, 5000 niin tulee sportin tuntumaa. :)

Hyvä vinkki tuo imusarjan ja läppien putsaus. Sen tiedä, että joissakin uudemmissa koneissa on kaasuläppä takerrellut... likaantumisesta johtuen.

Mitäs jos lähtisin ensimmäisenä vaihtamaan bensapumpun releen? Se ei vissiin maksa paljoa...

Voihan sen toki vaihtaa tai sitten mitata sen vanhan. Releen hinnasta ei ole käsitystä.

Sain lainaan tuollaisen OBD testerin ja luin koodit:

P0017 Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B)
P0020 "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 2)

Tuollaiset koodit se laite tulosti. Mitäs tässä kannattaisi seuraavaksi tehdä?

Nuo koodit eivät numeroina täsmää noihin tekstiselityksiin. Eivät vastaa H-Astran vikakoodeja.
Seuraavaksi olis syytä lukea testerillä joka on yhteensopiva H-astran kanssa.

Vikakoodit ovat niitä ECN - alkuisia , joissa 2 viimeistä numeroa ovat tarkenne tai sitten yksinkertaisemmin P - alkuisia, mutta vähintään neljällä merkitsevällä numerolla.
Tuossa taulukko ja lisäksi ohje omatoimiseen vianlukuun :

Here we have a nice list of fault codes for the Astra H, hopefully they are nice and complete.

The codes were supplied in German and have been translated to English as best as possible.

There are a few that aren't quite translated yet, but this should save you a few Rands finding out your own fault code!?

Procedure:

Here's a nice (and cheap) one: read out fault-codes yourself! No need to go to the stealers... Even most dealers don't know this!

- Take a seat in your car...
- Press the brake-pedal and the accelerator-pedal fully at the same time
- Turn the ignition-key till the lights in your dash come on but don't start the car!

In the display where normally your mileage is shown, you'll see "ECN" (error code number) and below it the fault-codes that have been stored. They appear one after another. At the end, your mileage will be shown again.

The first 4 digits indicate the fault, the last 2 digits contain a value.

For example: ECN 161450: problem with communication between immobiliser and key-transponder.

If no codes are shown, nothing has been stored!

Jep jep. Ihmettelinkin kun noita testerin antamia koodeja ei näkynyt tuolla pedaalitestillä. Testerin avulla sain kuitenkin nollattua noi pedaalitestin koodit. Nyt vaan kovaa ajoa jo odottelemaan seuraavaa virhetilannetta, katotaan sitten mitä koodeja sinne muistiin jää. Missäs muuten se bensapumpun rele majailee autossa? Ohjekirjassa oli sulakkeiden paikat, mutta releitä ei ollu kerrottu. Oletan että se on joku niistä sielä konepellin alla siinä mustassa boxissa jossa myös sulakkeita. Yksi outo vika mikä on myös ilmaantunut on että lasinnostin ei nouse/laske automaattisesti kun sitä nappia painaa hetken pohjassa. Ennen se aina meni automaattisesti tappiin kun sitä piti sekunnin pohjassa. Nyt kun vapauttaa napin niin nostin pysähtyy heti. Tiedä sitten voiko tämä liittyä johonkin yhteiseen nimittäjään sammumis ongelman kanssa... Kaivelin tuosta listasta noi koodiselitykset mitkä tuola muistissa oli ennen nollausta:

Jossain vaiheessa on ollut akunkenkä irti... tällöin lasinnostimet pitää "opettaa" uusiksi... ohjekirjasta pitäis löytyä siihen ohje... ainakin B-Vectrassa niin ja tuo vaikuttaa samalta.
Tuo vikalista on sen verran pitkä, että joko jännite pätkii ECU + CAN - väylässä tai sitten on vikaa ECUssa ja/tai väylässä. Tuo tulee itsellä moisesta listasta mieleen.
